Yes, anytime. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription under Settings > Billing. After you cancel, you can keep using paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, and we don't refund the rest of the cycle. If you ask within 7 days of a payment and haven't used credits or scheduled or published posts since that payment, we'll refund it in full. See Section 4.8 of our Terms of Use for details.
No. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month — they expire at the end of each billing cycle. Credits work as a monthly usage allowance for AI features and are refreshed on your billing date each month. If you run out, you can purchase additional credits at any time.
Yes. Create a separate workspace for each client to keep social accounts, drafts, scheduling, and analytics isolated, while billing stays under one organization. Organization owners can move connected accounts between workspaces within the same organization anytime, without losing data.
